We hired NPM Plumbing via referral, we should have checked further into their customer service ethic. NPM was to replace all of the pipes in the house - not only did their workers do a poor job of locating pipes, they missed several pipes that we presumed were included in the original bid (described as 'replace all pipes in the house'). We paid more than we expected, and ended up with a flood in the basement when one of the newly installed pipe joints burst. NPM came over to fix the pipe joint, and left us to clean up our personal belongings, water and mud that accumulated in the basement.

When they left our house we discovered old pipes still in the joists, lunches and garbage left in the basement. When we contacted Niven to express our concern, he was only willing to remove the dump fee (because his team didn't even do the dump run - wow, that was nice of him!).

We paid the bill and are glad that we're rid of this company - customers beware!!
