Very friendly on the phone whe...

Very friendly on the phone when you are setting up service, but that is last time you will be satisfied with this company. They were hired to (and they charged me for) a full house cleaning, but failed to do the very basics. All that I can tell that was done was a basic "wipe down" of the kitchen. They left food all over the appliances (microwave/stove), crumbs all over the floor (obviously didn't even vacuum), and dust on all of the furniture. The toilets were not cleaned, etc. My complaints were met with lies by the management (that the work was performed) and they still charged me! Do not bother wasting your time and money on this company.
