I just felt compelled to write a good review about the great service I received from NUVIEW Glass. I am used to getting cr@p service from "You should feel lucky you called me" contractors who are con-artists with a license to steal (you know the kind; you have probably dealt with them, too). I was happily surprised when I called Chuck from NUVIEW Glass to replace a broken window in my home. He explained to me the entire process, gave me a good quote and thanked me for calling. I planned on calling around for another quote, but I just called him back instead. I'm glad I did. From the great price for a dual-pane window replacement, to the fast service and to the skillful work, I made the right call. They should sure keep busy because their work and service is the best.

I called Nuview Glass to replace some windows in a rental home I own. Because I am currently out of the state, it is important to me to use a contractor I can trust. Chuck & his crew handled the project & did a great job.

I had a good phone call and got a good quote from Nu-view, so I scheduled their service to get my broken sliding patio door glass replaced. I'm glad I called. Chuck was friendy & courteous, replaced the glass & cleaned up after the work was done.

After the big storm in October, like everyone else I was scrambling to get some broken windows replaced in my home. I called several glass companies, many were putting me on hold or to voice mail, they were so busy! Luckily I got through to Chuck at Nuview Glass. He replaced my dual pane windows quickly and did a great job. I got great service, a warranty, and a professional receipt.

So many contractors today act like you owe them, and if you don't like what they have to say, too bad for you. I have come to expect this nowadays. So imagine my surprise when I called Nuview Glass and was greeted by a person who was friendly and gave me a good quote. They came out the next day, replaced my broken window and did a great job. Thanks, Chuck. You have a customer for life.

I shopped around for prices to replace a broken window & ended up calling Nuview. Their price was about the same as everyone else I called, and I scheduled an appointment. They came out & measured the window the same day I called & replaced it the next day, with a warranty. If you're looking for good price & service, call these people.

Ok, here's the REAL deal... I called these guys to fix a window in my home, it was a window with ballast springs in the sides to hold it open, and the springs were broken. They replaced the springs & did a great job. A few weeks later, my wife said the window was broken again, so I called them back out. When they got here, it turns out the window that was broken wasn't the window they repaired. THEY REPAIRED IT UNDER WARRANTY ANYWAY!!!! I realize it wasn't a big job, but the principle of it... customer service all the way. I won't call anybody else for my home window repairs. Take the advise of a REAL customer... better call these guys!

Okay, here's the deal...If you need glass replaced above the first floor, he won't do the job. So, if you have a two story house, just skip this guy and call someone else.Also, he really doesn't seem to care one way or another. Based on his attitude, I wouldn't ask him to even do glass on the first floor of my house.Pass this one by. He is a one man operation, so if something happens to him you'll be out of luck with any warranties in the future.

I called for a replacement of a window. They arrived on time for both the estimate and job. They were the best price compared to three other quotes. They were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job in a minimal amount of time. I would highly reccomend.
