Disappointment from start to seemingly endless finish. Lack of detail planning, low quality work, sloppy , random migrant like workers pulled from other local companies or floating labor & simply the 'big talk' that was nothing more than to cover ineptness or inaccuracy. Turned our exciting pool experience into a continual head-ache. Even their address is some warehouse in the back of another separate pool store of which they are somehow tied across various names. Do your homework, don't be fooled; make the pool company you select actually take you to real clients pools they recently installed & talk to owners [make sure owners aren't tied into the local pool install game]; you will learn the most from this. Do this before you sign with them, we were always promised to be taken, but they never did, then the 3 days were up on opting out for the contract. Be clear what they don't cover, its adds up FAST. Make them follow LARA guidelines 100%.
