love these folks!!! they are always so nice and helpful!!!

Went into the store on 02/07/10 and purchased an item not in stock and was told it would be delivered on 02/10/10. When I hadn't received it by 02/12, I called 1-800-463-3768 and requested a refund. I was told the refund would post to my credit card account in a couple of days. After several days, I called the 1-800# again and was told it would post on the 22nd. Today is the 23rd, no refund. I called the 1-800# again today and asked to speak to a manager. The so called customer service rep passed me to someone's voicemail. I left a message, never got a call back. I have called the store twice today and both time spoke with two different managers who called the 1-800#, both called me back to say the 'resolution team' is working it. I reported them to the BBB today!

Fast and friendly service. Great dishes to choose from. Go and give it a try.

Watch out for their customer service department! They messed up a bunch of my UPS shipments, and then didn't want to fix it.
