The technicians are always ready and willing to please they do a thorough, professional job and take care of any concerns I may have. I am very pleased with this company!

Never, ever had a problem with Official Pest Contol. Even came out between scheduled calls, and always leaves a voicemail days before spraying.

Caution! These people are HORRIBLE! They don't give appointment times and I have dogs and a job. They don't call and just show up whenever, do the bare minimum, bill the full amount, and then threaten me that I am in a contract. WORST customer experience ever! Now, I can't reach them via phone. I would give zero or negative stars if I could.

Buyer beware. These are a bunch of unprofessional mucks. They will use their contract to trap you and their service is below par.

Bad service!!!!..stick with the big name companies,they know what they are doing...and please do not sign there contracts you will regret it..

Very happy with the low prices compared to the big name brand franchise pest control companies.

Our neighborhood was having a huge ant problem. Tower pest came out 3 times in one week (at no extra charge)... To help take care of the problem. They are awesome. They have also sprayed my dog for fleas at no extra charge as well. Great service, great employees

The employees are super cool and more importantly provide excellent service. I have even asked them to spray my trees. 5 star service!

My contract was over in Oct...I did not renew. I refused service for Nov and yet still being charged? Told last guy that came to stop comming I don't longer live there and they still went. Said he called left a.msg. phone numer has been terminated since septber. He claims someone else has phone. I called my old phone and it continues to be disconected. He said I had a balnce of 72?..I owe nothing claims he will report on my credit...wow!

Love Tower Pest Control! They have been spraying our house since we moved in 3 1/2 years ago and, no bug problem for us! And we live in a new development so there still building and tilling up dirt in the area which causes a serious bug problem! They spray inside and outside and its kid and pet friendly! I don't know what the other review on here is talking about I have never had bad customer service with Tower. Would definitely recommend them , I have a bunch of my family using them and they couldn't be happier with the service!

OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES. OWNER TALKS DOWN TO CUSTOMERS.
