i have lived on Golden Springs drive for almost a year now and the air conditioning is broke again and all our units (4) in this subdivisions toilets keep running in turn running are water bills sky high. The maintenance on the apts is horrible and is very hard to contact the property manager at times waiting up to 3 wks for a single reply back! The worthington area here is getting ridiculous with crime and volume of people. Once we got the initial move down and a few months had past, this all began.
