Heat & Air installed incorrectly 2/08. Every winter A/C came on WITH heat. For 6 YEARS Randy Duford, owner, dodged calls, ignored appointments, and pleaded ignorance on a solution. After I turned in to BBB, he called and offered to fix. Couldn't trust him to show, so I paid Sunbelt who showed up when they said they would and fixed the problem in 2 HOURS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RANDY DUFORD. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE. He won't return calls if you have a problem.

Provided by YP.comNever use this man or his company. He will not back his work in the end. He will not return your calls. Very unprofessional. I would strongly advise AGAINST using him and his company
