I would have given ZERO Stars if I could

I made the mistake of trusting this company to replace my 80 year old mothers air conditioner and heater unit. I would never deal with them again.

It was installed in April. We spent $4,000 of mom's minimal savings so that she would not spend the summer in Texas with no air conditioning.

Mr. Hicks sent two men out to install the unit and neither of them knew how to do it. They were there for 8 hours and in the process cut the power line to the garage leaving a hot wire sticking up in the yard. We still have no power to the garage. Since the install the air conditioner has never worked properly. If the heat outside gets above 85 the unit cannot keep up and this is a 4 ton unit. We have called Olen Hicks at least 30 times trying to get responses and repairs. He has come out about 5 times. Each time he does nothing and keeps saying he will fix it or replace it. After almost five months we still get no responses to our calls. He won't call back because he doesn't know what the problem is and he can't answer questions.

A month ago he was sure it was a bad coil and was ordering that part to fix it but when after 5 more calls he finally reappeared he did not bring a coil and then told my mom her house was laid out funny.

I am sick of being nice, my mom is 80 and living in an oven and Olen Hicks has her money so she can't hire someone that knows what they are doing.
