I submitted an online order the night before for the cab to pick me up at my home by 630am. At 6:25, I still had not received a call nor had the cab arrived. I called their main line, and the guy told me that my driver should be calling me soon. 15 minutes later, the driver finally calls me. He told me he was about 15 minutes away. I decided to wait because I could still make it to the airport with time.15 minutes later... the cab had still not arrived. I called him, he said he was about 5 to 7 minutes away. So I decided to wait again. Still no driver after 5 minutes. I called again, the guy said he was almost there... so I waited. He did this again about 3 other times. And I waited because how long could he possibly take if he really was so close. He finally arrived when there was only 30 minutes left for my plane to depart. By the time we got to the airport it was about 5 minutes until my plane would leave. The driver had the audacity to tell me I needed to plane for more travel time next time. I will NEVER use this service again and I would NOT recommend it to anyone.
