Provided by YP.comI had a washer and dryer delivered, wasn't looking for front load, but the sales staff was so informative, I bought it anyway. Great decision, great experience, the delivery guys were excellent, and I am really happy I chose these. Thanks Lakes for all your help

Provided by YP.comIf you want your appliance you better take it home yourself. We have waited 3 different days with a 4 hour time window. They do not show up or call you! The third day's excuse after waiting 5 hours was "it didn't make it on the truck". How would you like to be without a refrigerator for 2 weeks!?! Customer service is definitely not on their minds at Lakes Appliance Mt. Holly.
