I was not impressed with Ozark at all. The receptionist was rude and not knowledgeable about Ozark or how to be a receptionist . They messed with my appointment times, they billed me more than they said they would, and the councilor I saw was not helpful and critical of my life. I do NOT recommend Ozark. Behavioral Health facilities and also Medical facilities still require customer service. You CAN shop around if you do not like the service you are getting at a clinic.

YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED IF YOU GO TO OGC!

OGC is awful! My daughter went there for years. I trusted them to help her. They charged us a large amount of money and when we paid, refused to give us receipts stating which dates of service the money was being applied to. They ignored me when they asked if I felt if she was making improvement and I said no. The last 3 times we went there they had cancelled her appointment & not informed us so we sat in the waiting room for an hour each time to find out it was cancelled. The last time, they told me they had actually cancelled the appointment when my husband called in (I'm not married, which is on file) & told them we could not come because our son was sick (I do not have a son). It has been over a year since she has been there & we are still having billing issues, and they state I should get receipts from the insurance company, not them. Hmmm...not how it works with every other dr office. The worst part? They are short, rude, and not required to do their job. Do not depend on them to help your child or do their job correctly!
