I wanted to purchase a Living Social Deal from Pane Free Windows & Gutters for Gutter/Roof Cleaning and a Moss Treatment. I wanted to ask questions before purchasing to make sure I qualified for it and would not have additional expenses I was not prepared for.



I went to the Pane Free website and obtained a phone number and email. I tried the phone number for an entire day and it went to an answering machine every time. Since I was not able to reach anyone at their office I sent an email outlining all of my questions. Over the next two days I continued to try calling and never had any luck. I then replied to my own email asking them for confirmation they had at least received it and asked when I should expect a response. Three days later I still did not get a response and sent a third email asking if I should just contact another company.



Needless to say, I was never contacted back. The impression I am left with is that Pane Free is either: A) An unorganized individual or small group of individuals who cannot manage their business; or B) An unscrupulous individual or small group of individuals who are offering deals just to get you in the door and jack up the price once you are locked in; or C) Something worse including a combination of A and B.



Obviously I cannot comment on the quality of their work since I could not even get in touch with Pane Free; however, based on the above facts who would really care to find out?



Instead I recommend checking out AA Window and Gutter Cleaning. I have not scheduled my appointment yet, but I called AA Window and Gutter Cleaning to do a little research. When I called, Brian answered on the second ring and sounded happy to take a potential customer's call. He explained the process for the work I want done, quoted a very reasonable everyday price and asked if I had any questions. Textbook customer service; take a lesson, Pane Free.

I did a thorough job when it came to looking for and choosing a company to do my windows/gutters. I own a large home in the Kirkland area, and I have used a couple different companies before, both large and small. I wanted to find a company with fair prices, but also someone I was comfortable having in my home and around my family. I went with Pane Free because they provided perfect availability and had great references. I am more than happy with my decision. My windows look as wonderful as they ever have and the employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend these guys!
