I contacted Mark Jones, owner of Panther Auto Glass about replacing the windshield in my Ford Freestyle. He replaced the glass, but replaced the rear view mirror incorrectly and broke the electronic compass head. The button that is glued to the glass is the wrong size so the mirror moves so much going down the road you can't see out of it. In addition, the electronic compass that hangs behind the mirror has a broker clip so it doesn't stay up securely. I have called several times, at which point he stopped answering my phone calls. When I called from a different number, he answered but gave me some line about how me would contact me later about fixing the situation. That time has came and went and the problem is still there. Use at your own risk...if you google the company name you will find similar stories.
