called this guys for unlimited vent cleaning for $69 bugs saw in the mailer. They interested to sell a mold package instead.I do not how these guys come with the conclusion i do have mold without even testing a sample. I asked them to do what i called for and give a estimate for the rest. Their vent cleaning is poor quality , i wont recommmend.

If I could give these guys less than one star, I would.



All I can say is SHADY, fast talking guys that try to scare you into paying them ALOT of money.



We saw their ad in a local mailer advertising $99 for carpet cleaning and $64 for AC vent cleaning.



Long story short, they came to my house and told me that I had mold and wanted over $2,000. I did not agree to the price and the shady guy tried to come lower and lower saying he would do it for for less.



I ended up paying the guy $800. My carpets still had the same stains they had before being "cleaned" and the vents still have dust around them. They moved furniture around and DID NOT put it back before leaving.



When I showed the guy the stains afterwards, he said that he didn't do the "DEEP CLEANING" because I wasn't paying him for that. As far as the dust on the vents, he said it was mold and I needed to pay extra for that.



Save your money and go elsewhere. The adpages ad is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

I give this company 0 star for rating. I didn't even give them one star. Just HORRIBLE!

I used this company because I found a coupon on some ads; they did ok job but here is the catch. They said their service is backed by 10 year warranty; if anything goes wrong (i.e. if I notice the air quality goes bad again), they would take care of it like they said they would. They even said they would call us every year to make sure things would be fine. These are all lies. Don't trust what they say. Even on the paperwork says 10 year warranty, but it doesn't say what they cover.

I waited about a year to see if they called me but they never did. So I tried to call their office, but the number was disconnected so I couldn't reach them. I finally found their new number, and tried to convice them that I had a warranty. First, they said I had to call the actual service person (I don't know why even I had to call them by myself. They are the same company, so wouldn't they talk to each other inside?), so they gave me a number to call. Then, I tried that number and the guy on the phone told me the base (first place I called) would call me back. I waited for a week, but no call. So, I tried again, no call. I trtied again, no call, so I finally told them that I had been calling them and I could not get any answer or solution. They finally agreed to send someone on early Sunday morning, and they didn't even show up on time. And, I found out they were not here to clean the duct, but they said they only inspect the ducts. What they told me was the warranty is for the inspection, not for the cleaning. This is totally not what I was told when I purchased the service.

So, the sum of my story is, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Thank you for reading.

Do not use this service. They offer a coupon for $64 to clean unlimited vents and dryer vent as a bonus, but then will try selling a cleaning for $1,200, as if the other services is worthless. We ended up spending $720 for cleaning the a/c unit, which we were convinced needed cleaning. Ten times the initial amount later, we agreed to pay. My wife was explained that they'd clean up after removing and cleaning the vents and they left their mess for us to clean up. When I went into my attic, all of my items were tossed around in several places in the fiberglass insulation. The rep, Eddie, had only his apologies to say, and to provide us full carpet cleaning which I would not want them to come back into my house again, anyway, since they might damage other items.
