Since Oct 2016 Ive been trying to refinance my condo. My excellent credit rating has been tarnished and my terminally ill wife is suffering thru an unnecessarily long process. My fille has bounced around from loan originator, to loan adjuster, to underwriting and back again. Ive complied with all requests for documentation dating back two years ago. Early on I was told my application was approved - a fabrication of the truth. Also, I was told I needed to wait my turn in the closing process.,
