They lie

I called Advanced Insurance because my insurance premiums about 50%. I contacted Aaron Mitchell who said that he would quote me a lower price. I stayed in contact with Aaron who said that he was still waiting on another company to quote me. I got no response from him after about a week. Then I called trying to talk to him again to find out that he no longer works for the company. I was able to talk to Chris. He started to quote me and insisted that I had tickets in 2017 that I didn't have on my driving record. I contaicted the DMV and they confirmed that I had no tickets in 2017. There was still a whole lot of misunderstanding and going back and forth but after a couple of hours of going back and forth that it was finally confirmed that I didn't have such tickets on my record that was claimed nonetheless there was no improvement on the price of my insurance policy. So I decided to keep the policy until I find a better price from somewhere else then come to find out my bank account information for the auto renewal was removed for some odd reason. I texted Chris and he wanted me to send my bank account information through the text message. Since I don't feel comfortable sending my information over text message I called and was able to talk to Jordan. He reentered my information for the Auto renewal and said I would be charged double the next month unless I made a payment. He he not initially give me the option to pay the month that was due. Quite frankly I'm very disappointed with the service I received from Advanced Insurance. I understand that bad things happen in good companies but unfortunately I don't feel that I've been treated very professionally. As soon as I'm able to find a better price somewhere else I will be leaving. I hope that serves as a learning experience for Advanced Insurance and their owners.

Update: Since posting this, I have been continuously messaged accusing me of lying. It has gotten to the point that I had to block the number. While I have updated the message to clarify the facts, the above mentioned is true to the best of my knowledge. It seems like the company is worried more about protecting it's reputation than taking care of it's customers.I even requested to speak to a manager but was informed that I was already speaking to the maximum authority.

Great rates, great service

I've been with Advance Insurance for nearly four years. They always pick up the phone when I call and take care o whatever it is that I need. They have awesome rates too. Saved me a lot of money when I switched.

Cheats and ripoffs!!!

dont give your checking acct number to this Company when you cancell they charge the regular policy amout then when its supposed to be refunded they give you half the amount and when you call they say Oh ya we didnt take out the right amount when we renewed your pilicy 5 months ago so really you were behind YA RIGHT since when Has any insuance company not taken it all and then waited 5 months only afte you cancell BE WARNED!!!!r

Great discounts

I was impressed with their service and quick replies via email. I'm a college student so getting low-price good quality insurance is pretty hard. They gave me two discounts (good student, direct deposit payment) and I saved more money than geico. I think the fact that it's local is what makes the difference.

Top Notch

Advance Insurance is without question Top of the line. I had been paying too much for too long. I had no idea what an insurance brokerage was...I do now! When I went in the office was busy, yet I was dealt with in a very professional, curteous, and timely manner. I will never need to look elswhere for insurance again. Woo Hoo

Everyone stay clear of this guy in my opinion!Lydia WoltjenInsurance BrokerAdvance Insurance and BenefitsWatch out for this guy named Lydia Woltjen. he is claiming to have submitted prior proposals with contractors in an attempt to get their business. He is running a mass e-mail covering all of Utah. Please FWD this on to any contractors you know. I discovered this when he e-mailed a company that had been out of business for over 2 years and referenced a few month old proposal.Stay clear!
