My husband's machine had flipped over in a backyard. Parker Towing (Eddie) skillfully used his winches to flip it back upright and pull it to the front of the house. He then lifted the machine and loaded onto our trailer. He was knowledgeable, skillful and very courteous. We will use Parker Towing any time we need help with our machines or vehicles.

Worked with other tow services and NONE better than Parker Towing. These guys were PROMPT, Friendly and Professional. Their response time was within 30 minutes and called to advise me that they dropped off my car at the Repair Shop. WHO DOES THAT?? I would recommend them to everybody. Thanks Parker Towing!

These guys did a good job of towing my car close to 2 miles, but charged an exorbitant amount ($152) to do so. The State Patrol called these guys for us. We should've asked how much before we approved the call. Sad that they take such advantage of people in dire straits. Later found out that my credit card provides towing for $60 for up to 5 miles. Check your credit card to see if it offers towing for a reasonable fee.

Well worth the cash! Amazing service, strongly recommended! Do not bother searching anywhere else, these people are going to take good care of you and your car!

They break things that don't happen by accident, then blame the customer. The old riddle of "how do I know it wasn't broken before." The owner is a real treat n. Seems like a happy person (sarcasm).

These guys are absolutely horrible! Gouging your pocket is the name of their game. The female I think that answers the phone is a total B!&$@................. No one wants to need a tow but this business was fast and professional and great to work with! Thanks for helping me with my car Parker Towing!!! I will use you again in the future. Thanks!!!!

They were prompt, courteous, and careful. The car was not in a very safe location and they moved quickly to get the car on the truck and out of a potentially dangerous situation. My only issue was paying them using their mobile credit card system resulted in a double charge on my card which we are resolving with their active help. If I had to contact a company directly and I was in their area, wouldn't hesitate.

Did more damage to my car than was already done. Damage was on the left front of my car. Tried to pull it out of the median and tore the right rear panel because they didn't know how to hook up. Cost my insurance company more to fix the car than should have. One reason insurance rates are what they are. I challanged it with my insurance and they said it was more trouble than it was worth and they would just pay it.
