If I could give NO stars for this place, I would. First of all, this place is a ripoff - if you do not specify EXACTLY what the item name is (jacket vs. blazer), they can sneakily charge you double the amount for that specific item, like $5 for a blazer but $9.50 for a jacket - so make sure to use the right terminology IF you go there. Secondly, the quality of their service is horrible. They have shrunk TWO of my wool blazers and destroyed a delicate sweater made of alpaca wool, that was specifically meant to be dry-cleaned. I'm never going there again and am considering on filing a claim with the BBB. Honestly, after going here, I'm reconsidering drycleaning my clothes altogether..ever again. Will wash stuff by hand. STAY AWAY!!!
