Provided by YP.comI had my units serviced in November by Paschal but today we noticed that one of the outside units makes a burning smell when running. After calling Paschal to see if they would cover what they serviced, they said they only cover 30 days, so they would charge me a service call and all repairs to what they serviced in less than 90 days. Do not recommend this company!

Provided by YP.comHad Paschal replace two, very old Payne units with Trane XL20i units. The whole Paschal team was friendly, professional, & informative every step of the way. We couldn't be more pleased with our new units and the air in our home feels so much lighter! They are so quite, I never even hear them come on or run anymore. Best of all, the amount of dust in our home has drastically been reduced! Thank you Paschal for making this experience super easy on our part!

Provided by YP.comI called friday. non-emergency. Tech was here by 7:15 saturday morning. my unit is 25 years old and I was told the options. I took the cheap way out and just got freon knowing it may not make it thru the summer. The tech did not try to persuade me toward a new unit or costly repairs. I will use again!!

Provided by YP.comHad Mike Chapman come out to my residence today because my AC was not cooling the house properly. My AC was overcharged, after declining any adjustment his attitude quickly went sour. He was unable to describe what affects it would have on my AC. As my AC had been running fine in the previous weeks, why it suddenly was not. He then spoke about two separate coils running 4 degrees cooler and 15 degrees cooler, but was unable to translate that into the effects on my house. He quickly became hostile, saying fine, he would write up a report saying I declined service that he could not make it any more clearer. I told him fine, I'd call another company and his manager. Within 2 minutes he was packed, said he already spoke with his manager. I said, I'm sorry but I don't understand how this would have affected something that was working previously, and he said he didn't know, but that I could get another company. Obviously I'll never do business with them again, or recommend them. Especially Mike, and I bet his manager does not contact me to discuss what happen. Mike got to him first with his story and thats the end of it. Point blank, find somewhere else to go. The ONLY good thing, was that I called at 9am and he was out by 1230. So if you want to blindly follow and throw money quickly at a problem without knowing what is happening. Give them a call.

Provided by YP.comI called Paschal for there advertised fall service special. The technician came out to my house the same day. The technician told me about the other service programs that they offer. However I was just wanting a piece of mind for starting my gas furnace and went with the 49.95 service special. The technician was not at my house very long. but I watched what he was doing and he checked everything very good. I was very happy with the service, I got exeactly what I expected with a 49.95 price tag. The technician was very nice and answered all my questions. I will call Paschal again if I ever need any heating and air service.

Provided by YP.comI cannot say enough good about Paschal! We had been in our house for six years and had four different heating & air conditioning companies out. We had been suffering through winters with inadequate heat. Each time one of these companies was out, they fiddled with this and that and ended up telling us that the installed unit wasn't big enough to heat our house. This last winter was really bad; we sat in our house freezing for 2 weeks. A guy came out and wanted to replace the whole heating unit and quoted us a very expensive price. He also ordered certain parts which ended up getting back ordered. Then, a good friend of ours said: "Why don't you call Paschal Heating and Air? They're the best." Well, we did, and boy were we happily surprised.
The Paschal technician who came out was very thorough, and explained everything he was doing in a way that made sense to us. It was nothing like what the other companies were saying at all. He found out the thermostat wasn't properly matched to the unit and that only two of the heating strips had been wired up (ever!) instead of the four that were present and required. The coil also needed replacing. Unbelievably, no one else had caught any of this. To save us money, he re-wired the thermostat, instead of purchasing a new one. He also called and found out the coil was still under warranty and got that back to us for less than half the cost (that alone could have been over $2,000). When he finished the repairs and that wonderful, beautiful heat came on - well, you can only imagine how we felt. And then when our electric bill came and it was less than it had ever been . . . . as I said, I cannot say enough good about them. I will never use anyone else again!

Provided by YP.comOur company has eleven rentals throughout Fayetteville and we use Paschal Heat, Air, and Geo for our HVAC service. They are not the least expensive, but they are the most reliable, easy to get ahold of, and perform quality work steps above the others we've used. They always get it right the first time and this is important as we have very little time to devote to managing other company's employees. In the long run, this really saves us money and a lot of headaches. 5 stars they've earned as far as we're concerned. Superior job on the home front as well!!!

Provided by YP.comThis is the fourth time I mention your misleading web-site verbiage, clearly this company does not listen to customers. I would recommend what you responded in this review be include in your website. You need to be specific and more detail in your online advertisement of what is considered "service" and not leave to individual interpretation. Quoting your website "Fall Service Special We will provide service on any brand heating equipment for this special price of $59.95. This includes heatpump or standard gas furnace service. This special heating service call price is good anywhere in the NW Arkansas service area." VERY MISLEADING and nowhere is there a mention of a "$59.95 FURNACE CHECK." Any customer that sees this advertisement of "Fall Service Special of $59.95" and then is billed for "Fall Service Special of $129.95" would question it. Furthermore, the manager stated apperently since the employee drove off without providing an invoice (like I requested) he would not come and charge for the service call. He did mentioned sending another servicemen but never offered this service for free. If I was a customer blowing smoke in regards to price, I would have jump on the free offer, but I declined and paid another individual more for professionalism and outstanding service, that is what I stand for in my home and don't permit individuals to disrespect me in front of my children.

Provided by YP.comI have to agree with the previous entry of the servicemen being in a hurry to get out of my house. The servicemen became aggrevated when I asked for further explanation of a quoted amount of $129 labeled Fall Special. Their website states under 'Fall Specials' "We will provide service on any brand heating equipment for this special price of $59.95. This includes heatpump or standard gas furnace service " He further stated he was waisting his time explaining, he could have been done fixing the unit. I did not want to waste his time further so I asked for an invoice for the cost of the service call. The servicemen drove off upset and did not provide an invoice. Poor service and misleading website.
This customer was NOT charged one penny! We periodically run a $59.95 furnace check "Special" (which is reduced from from our normal $79.00). A furnace check is for the purpose of assuring proper and safe operation. This heater had several issues which would require a thorough disassembly and cleaning. She was quoted our standard $129.00 full one-time maintenance price to perform all this work. This customer declined and demanded that we do all the repairs for $59.95 "or else". Our service manager spoke with this customer and to make sure that she understood the difference between a $59.95 furnace check special and a full disassembling, cleaning and service. He even offered to send out another technician. We have made every attempt to satisfy this customer INCLUDING ABSOLUTELY NO CHARGE FOR THIS $59.95 FURNACE SAFETY CHECK. We are dedicated to quality and would be more than happy to take care of this customer in the future.

Provided by YP.comI called at 800AM in the morning. Repairman arrived at 12:15AM, replaced the failed capacitor, done in 45 mins. Good, fast, professional service. The long time is explainable due to summer heavy hours. Price is reasonable (155 for the capacitors, 79 labor).
