We have a home appliance insurance policy. The insurance company dispatched a contractor that was far from satisfactory, very far! After wrangling around, they dispatched Pat's Appliance Service. The owner Bob came out on Saturday and diagnosed the problem. He was back on Monday morning and fixed our unit. The next day, our refrigerator quit cooling. I contacted the insurance company and requested Pat's Appliance. Bob arrived the next morning. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. That was Thursday. The part arrived at the warehouse on Friday evening. Bob had our refrigerator fixed by 10:30 Monday morning. Bob called me and kept me informed during both breakdowns. He also fixed my dryer several years ago. I will be recommending him to all of my friends!
Bob works independently as well as in cooperation with the insurance company.
