worst tow company ever, i had a carriage bolt break under my hood called my insurance company, so they called this guy. I told them i wanted it hauled 4 miles down the road to home and the tow company ignored those orders. Furthermore they charged a holding fee because they didn't take it where i wanted it. After a few days the insurance company had another company pull it off Pat's lot, when i got it back i found the technicians at Pat's had got under the hood and cut every electrical wire they could. I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy, no customer service at all no integrity what so ever. these crooks are just out to suck every last dollar for anybody any way they can.
