This place towed my car when I was parked in a lot that I paid for in the space that I am allowed. What made it worse was when I called the driver told me I owed a certain amount and when I got to the place I suddenly owed 70$ more! This company is very unreputable, very unprofessional and ruthless. If I could give them less than 1 star I would!!!!

Had my car towed there. Very rude. Was waiting in the office for 10 minutes and then had to find the guy, which was pumping gas to help me. Only take cash, probably so they don't have to report all their earnings.

While helping a friend to move, parked in the apt building parking lot. Driver put the car on the tow truck then offered to take it off for cash. Pretty sure that is extortion. Only left 1 star because its needed to post a comment.

They might have had problems in the past, but I am always treated with the utmost respect and will continue to give them my business!
