I rate this company with TEN STARS********. It was closing time when I called for help, they where there within minutes after I called. I drive a Lexus RX300 so they had to drive to Gaffney to get my part. They stayed to 8pm to fix my car and get me back on the road. Bless these kind people. My bill was $642, my husband is a mechanic so I know how much the parts where these people made nothing off of me for what they did. Their kindness was overwhelming. I was freezing and they allowed me to stay in the office area where it was warm while I awaited for my car to be fixed. I could never thank them enough for what they did. If you ever need help this is the people to call. I paid with a Mastercard No Problem. Thank You so Very Much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my car broke down on my way back to Atlanta so i call road assistance and sent these people, they pick up up my car and when i call them they told me that my car was ready and i never said fix it. i talked to me mechanic and check prices and the parts that he fix was only $165(alternator) he even put a new battery which i had changed one hour before my car broke down so it was new. He charge me $500 i told him that that was to much and we didn't need a battery he was very rude and intimidate me so i had to pay. Remember if you have car problems around exit 100 on I-85 think twice before calling: Patterson's Wrecker Service
