Provided by YP.comI ordered some curtains in what I thought was white from Paul's Home Fashions on Saturday night. I immediately checked my email for the invoice as I always do after ordering and noticed it said "Gray". I quickly that same night sent TWO emails to them asking to change color to WHITE. No response. They CLAIM that someone will respond within the hour to an email. But I did not receive an email from PHF until I noticed on Monday they shipped the curtains in gray. I sent an email to them asking if the color was correct and still gray. She said yeah, it already shipped and did not offer a free shipping or even free exchange without the $25 restocking fee. Just terrible customer experience. Do not recommend this company at all and will not shop here again. I'll probably keep the curtains because I don't think they should be allowed to resell them plus make a killing on "restocking fees".

Provided by YPmobileThis place doesn't even deserve one star. Lindsey and Laura, who apparently is the owner and incredibly rude, don't know how to input proper information. I've tried for two months to get a package and it keeps being held up at UPS facility center because the address is wrong. Even after giving the address in an email, it still gets delayed. I tried my home address and a business address which have NEVER had problems receiving packages (it's a business for crying out loud they receive packages everyday) and those two ladies are still incompetent.
And after all of this and spending an additional $80 to get a package that never even got into my hands, they won't refund my money.
Terrible, terrible experience. Teaches me to shop at a small business run by idiots.

Provided by YP.comI was shocked to see all the bad reviews! I had a wonderful expeience with Paul's Home Fashions. I had ordered from them several years ago and decided to order again this past week. The first order was a complete bedding set with carpet. It was delivered when promised. Last week I ordered another carpet of the same and curtains. Each time they were gracious and answerd all quaestions. I have never had a problem with them!

Provided by YP.comI found bedding I liked at Dillards, but they did not have the size I needed. Found the bedding I liked at Paul's Home Fashions by searching online. They were the only place I could find online that carried the comforter set, sheet set and decorative pillows all in one complete set. Also, their price was good. Ordered on a Saturday morning and received Wednesday afternoon.

Provided by YP.comI placed an order with Paul's Home Fashion, loved the picture and the price was ok. The company was quick to take the money owed from my account however I never heard from them. I had to place several calls to get them to tell me when my merchandise would ship and never got a clear response. I received a portion of the order which I was very dissappointed in - did not look like the picture at all. I followed the directions on their website to return the bedding (they have a 30 day return police). However the first person told me I had never ordered from them, the second person just gave me an address and when I asked about an RMA number per their website she stated, "you don't need it" and hung up. Not a good buisness they are rude, I wish I would have read some of their reviews before spending over $600 with them. I only hope I get my money back.

Provided by YPmobileI ordered a quilt set by phone. I spoke to the owner, Laura. She said I would receive an email invoice in a few hours and that the set would be shipped the next day. After two days, I still had no email, so I called to check. The person on the phone read me the riot act for not ordering online. I then spoke to Laura, who was equally rude. She denied telling me I would receive the email and said it would be shipped today. I found another place selling this set, so I called Laura back to cancel. She had offered to cancel on the first call. Now she says there is a 3% fee to cancel even though it hadn't been shipped. It will be disputed on my card. They lie and are incredibly rude. Don't order from them!!
