Pay-Less Oil is disorganized, rude, and manipulative. First, I ordered oil and they went to the wrong house and still charged us. They assured us that our oil tank was full even though it was clearly empty. The owner came by a week later and confirmed the tank was empty. He began filling our tank, but their truck ran out of oil after 131 gallons. They proceeded to over-charge us because of their 150 minimum gallon policy because THEY made a mistake. Finally, another week later they finished filling up our tank and charged us more. We realized we were being over charged so we called them and they admitted to delivering to the wrong house and that we should not have been charged that much. They refused to give us back what they over charged and said that we have to use it for in-store credit next time. They treated us with complete disrespect, and acted as if we were the problem. They even said that they had been "Dealing with us" for several weeks while we were just trying to navigate through their many mistakes. Pay-Less Oil scammed us, and we will clearly be taking our business elsewhere.

The workers know what they're doing and how to get the job done, would highly recommend!!!

The price of oil is keeping us guessing how we are going to do it this next winter. When you find a company with great prices, you tend to that override anything else. In this case, price is not only the reason we have stuck with Pay-Less Oil. Every time we call, we get a pleasant REAL person on the line who is genuinely trying to help our situation. With the rising costs of just about everything in the world today, I am grateful to deal with a company that is up-to-date with information and sympathetic to my issues.
