I don't know I am looking for a reputable technology repair service. I will let you know when I know.

Their add says they don't charge if they don't fix the problem. I made the mistake of signing up for a year contract. They keep saying they are working on my computer but it still freezes up and has lots of other problems. I asked to be allowed out of the contract since they weren't addressing my problem. The refused to do that.

I felt so happy when I found about this computer repair shop. They got all you need for your computers to get fixed. Quality service at your budget.

Good techs! I didn't realize that they had onsite service nationwide, I thought it was only remote support. After they fixed my computer I referred them to my sister in CA and they went

out to her house the same day to fix her wireless network.

This company was awesome! Both of my computers went down and I didn't want to take them to the shop, pay a small fortune, and wait for a week or two. Professional service and fixed the same day. The price was great and the prompt excellent service cannot be beat. And they guarantee their work! Love them and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

I can honestly say that I have never submitted a review. After PC eSupport worked with me to resolve issues related to a nasty bug on my computer, I felt as if I had no choice but to do so. The computer tech -- John -- was extremely friendly and exhibited a great deal of patience with me. I was particularly impressed with how John hung with me to resolve a problem that seemed out of the norm. If you ever have a computer issue, I strongly encourage you to contact PC eSolutions first! They made my favorites list!!!!

These guys are smart, only took about half an hour to fix my computer. The other big box companies I talked to before them wanted to bring my computer in for a couple days, this was much easier and faster.

I had so much wrong with my PC that I thought it was a goner. Donna worked on it for hours and now its better than new. $89 and I have a clean new PC. So great.

Professional and good at what they do!

PC E Support is the best! My computer was being really slow so I called them to check out the problem..It turned out it was infested with a lot of spyware. They remotely connected to my computer to remove it. You are able to see what they are doing at all times, and you can terminate the session at any time. They were able to quickly and efficiently remove all the spyware, and get my computer running fast again!! They answered all my questions and are very professional. I HIGHLY reccommend this company if you are in need of computer repair!!

This company was great, I have an unlimited support plan with them and I am always able to get right through. Very friendly and good service!

I'm not a computer wizard and living in a small town in Colorado, I had problems finding a laptop repair location. When I wen to YP I noticed that a previous review gave this company 5 stars, so I contacted them.

The tech, Matt, was very professional, answered my questions and the service was only $89. He used the remote connection to go into my computer. Matt spent approx. 4 hours on my computer, and he was located in Boston. When we finished, it was 10:30pm, EST. He stayed in touch throughout the entire repair.

I definitely recommend this service! I'm a very happy customer.

Very happy with the service, I had a very nasty virus that I couldn't get online with so I thought I needed to have someone come out. When I called they explained that they can still do a remote session with me even though I couldn't get online. It was a flat price which was very reasonable, and even though I didn't need it they had the option to send a tech to my home if the remote support didn't work. Cool stuff, they fixed it and called me back when it was ready so I didn't have to stay on the phone. I would recommend this company for their great work.
