Both of my girls have been going to Dr.Sawh since birth and I haven't had a problem with him or his team yet he is by fair the best pediatric doctor I know

THIS OFFICE DOES NOT PUT YOUR CHILD'S HEALTH FIRST. My son broke his arm and I had to force the receptionist to give us an appointment when "Dr Sawh is busy and today is his half day." Before recommending the orthopedic dr, he criticized the ER docs, the daycare provider and me. He would not stop until he got a reaction out of me, saying the ER docs messed up and now he would need surgery. The orthopedic disagreed with everything our pediatrician said. Dr. Sawh and his team are very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!

Not the best service! I was a previous patient here and left because of the physician. He was not helpful at all.They never answer their phones and they schedule appointments without you even knowing! I do not recommend this place to anyone!

I worked here as a receptionist and scanner for 1 month. The physician is a prick! Very rude, snobby, and unprofessional. I don't know what it is with people in these positions. They had 3 people quit including me in 1 month. They have a very stressful work environment that is not healthy. There service in person is not bad, but on the phone it is terrible. I do not recommend anyone to work here!

When we call their line is busy or they don't answer the phone. If they do happen to answer they place you on hold until you end up hanging up and calling back. I called to set up apt for my son to get shots, we got there he saw the nurse and doctor and then they told us they didn't get the shots in and ended up charging us for the check up anyway plus charged us again when we can back. We have no insurance so just the first check up alone was $75!! Then we when called for a copy of his shot records they told us the computer was done so they couldn't look it up. They never call to confirm an apt and they even changed times without telling me and I waited over an hour until my apt (that they re-sheduled without asking or telling me!) I'm looking for a new doctor so if anyone has anyone that they would recomend please let me know. I would NEVER recommend this doctor office!!!!!
