Reoche Simmions is the worst person at people first to be over your check.

This is a WARNING about people first payee in Macon,Ga. They will take your money! They will not give you statements. Ms. Simmions will lie to you and.tell lies on you. Belive me I would not take the time to write this if it werent true. Today is the third of July 2014 and we have not recieved a simple phone call and shurely not one dollar of my mother social secerity or any of my wifes check. And Ms. Simmions even offered us a selection of houses to rent from her in Macon. We looked at them and they were stankan and filthy. We found a hose with another land lord and she refused to pay the deposit. They will be hearing from Social Security about this. Im so upset at them. Then they think nobody knwa there physicall adress but there wrong. They just wont give it out. They are horrible!!!! Be warned!
