Founded in 1957, Peppermint Ridge is a nonprofit corporation that provides family-style homes to developmentally disabled persons. The housing is designed to suite six or 12 residents per complex. Residents receive single- or double-occupancy rooms, individual closet space, family-style meals, laundry services and access to a living room, dining room, the grounds and a swimming pool.
