The driver had no empathy, no kindness, and not one iota of helpfulness, unlike every other tow-person I've met in the past 40 years. I don't believe this is how all the staff at Perry's are, but this was an uncaring man. He was rude and as unhelpful as possible. He told me it was not his job to help me, just to tow the car. He complained he doesn't get paid by the hour. The receipt says he picked me up me at 1:15 and dropped me off at 1:32 for a total 17 minutes at $150. Unfortunately, this is the only place that can tow you off the Thruway. If you are forced to use them, you have my sympathies and I hope you get a kind driver.

Worst towing/ repair company I have ever used. I had to get my car towed off of a major highway and they did come fast but charged way to much i had it towed to their shop. Now I called the shop and told them i would inform then what i was doing i had no money for a week until my paycheck came in during that time they charged me 35 dollars a day!!!! for it sitting in the parking lot i had to pay 235 just to get my car towed to a diffrent shop that actually charged a reasonable price. DO NOT EVER GO TO PERRYS!!!!! worst buisness i have ever used will never go again completely disatisfied i paid over 400 dollars for my car to be towed never again and my car is still broken
