I wish I could give lower than one star, but this is all I'm allowed. They were informed my dog was dog aggressive, but apparently didn't take it seriously as a handler let him loose and he attacked another dog and received injuries himself. I was charged for 5 "one-on-one" play times, but only four were documented in his "report card". My wallet was stolen and they refused to rebate or replace the punches on my lost card. I will not return.

I have left my dog for both boarding and daycare. They do a great job with her considering her anxiety with other dogs. The staff seem genuinely affectionate with her and she responds well to the location and staff. She would let you know otherwise! Highly recommend.

Thank you for taking such great care of my dogs, Ralphie and Opie! Everyone with dogs know one of the hardest parts is not only trusting your dog in the care of someone, but hoping your dog trust them as well. Everyone here was really professional and made my dogs feel calm and comfortable.

I am so happy that this place even exists! My pup loves coming here and seems to get excited every time we get in the car - just in case we're going to Pet Palace. I am very happy we have place to take him so he can run around and enjoy other friendly animals in a safe environment.

I too recently (7/12/12) had a bad experience at the airport location. I really wanted to have a good experience so I could have someplace to board my dogs and not worry abuth them. I paid for 2extra potty breaks and daily one on one play. I'm willing to pay the $$ to have my dogs well taken care of. Upon pick up I discovered one of my dogs had gotten pee on his bed and since the pee was completely dry on the inner lining he had to have laid on the pee bed for at least two days for it to be that dry. When I called pet palace to complain they told me he had not been laying on a pee bed and said they had washed the bed cover. Under the circumstances that would have been impossible, I had a liner between the bed and cover that was pee soaked. I paid $255 for a 4 night stay and my boy had to sleep on a pee bed for at least 2 days. I felt horrible about leaving him there under these circumstances and when I called pet palace to complain they told me they had washed the cover and he had not laid on the bed with pee on it, which is not possible considering what I discovered when I got home. I won't be back and wont recommend pet palace to anyone.

I just started taking my dog to attend the doggy daycare and she seems to love the people there and came home happy. Everytime I walk into the place everyone seems so excited and can't wait to play with my dog. I will continue to take my dog there. Great place and great prices.

I boarded my puppy recently, and was very pleased. They knew all of my pets information before I left her there. I was able to bring my own and added on extra playtimes. It made me feel at ease while I was gone. The staff was very friendly and eager to help me feel comfortable leaving her. I will continue to go there and will recommend it to my friends!

My dogs came home acting excited and very lively. They treated my dogs like they were part of their family. I could not believe how well they adjusted to our schedules at home. We took all their favorite toys and even their beds. The customer service made me feel so welcome. We have another vacation coming up and I would never take my dogs elsewhere!!!
