Steve is more a jack of some trades than a master of any. He did some work for me in 2010 and as a result we have had some plumbing issues. He fed a cold water line into a hot water line resulting in a lot of frustration and some expense in getting the issue corrected. He also expressed after the work that he deserved more money than he bid - he never said this during the job, but later claimed to have been cheated (??!!) To top it off, Steve went half way on a bid to the VA for home modifications, then dropped the process mid stream. I had to scramble for a new contractor as a result.
If you use this business, ask for insurance verification and roof of licensure.
