My daughter had a car accident on Sunday before Labor day. Pete's A Towing picked up her car at the accident. The driver told her that because of the holiday it would be brought back to their lot and parked until Tuesday morning then brought over to the auto body shop right away of which my daughter had already given him the name and address on a piece of paper.

At about 1:30 pm on Tuesday we called the auto body to see if we could come and get something out of the car that we needed right away and they didn't know what we were talking about......they didn't have her car and the nice girl there even went out to their lot to look around and make sure it wasn't there. So I then called Pete's and was told that "no, it was not there, that the driver had dropped it off at the auto body straight from the accident on Sunday. I told them that I had already talked to the auto body and they even looked in their lot and it wasn't there. So they said ok we'll look into it and call you back. They called back about 2:00 and said oh yeah it was there at their lot (Pete's) and they would get it over to the auto body as soon as they could. I told them that there was something we needed out of it right away and the auto body closed at 5:00. They got it there at 7 min. before 5:00 and thank goodness we only lived 10 min. from the auto body and they were nice enough to stay and make sure we got there. First of all we lost one whole day of time getting it fixed thanks to Pete's towing and second of all if we had not called the auto body b/c we needed something out of the car just how long would it of sat on Pete's lot until the incompetent idiots at Pete's realized they still had our car?! On top of everything else the girls in the office are the most rude, unprofessional, ignorant, little witches I have ever dealt anywhere with....they need training in customer service!!!!! Do yourself a favor and NEVER use Pete's towing!!!
