HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HOTRRIBLE PEOPLE! Do not rent from them under any circumstances. They don't care about you or the house. Only want your money. PLEAAE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

Simply put, these people are crooks. The properties are falling apart and to get any repairs done is like pulling teeth. We as tenants have had an issue every single month since moving in and to get anything fixed requires numerous phone calls or emails. They do the bare minimum to fix the issue. The deposits are high and non refundable and the pet deposits are a joke and non refundable as well. I could write a novel on how awful the property owners are but I'll save you the time and just trust me, do not rent from them

Had tons of repair issues which they never came around to fixing. The real estate manager walks in whenever she feels its ok without notice, mice in apartment, cheap fixes, and they will keep your money no matter what you didnt break. Trust me, do not trust them and definitely get everything in writing. Lots of students have been out their money because this horrible excuse for a company!!! I wouldnt even give them 1 star if I could.
