this place was an utter junk yard

most good parts are gone, and mostly all older cars.

yeap, not only do they charge entry w/o being able to tell you whether they have a similar vehicle to yours, their prices are a big ripoff. For a used fender or turn signal, at their price I was able to buy a NEW oem at a`local wholesaler, without the hassle. How these guys stay in business is beyond me,I guess some people just don't know any better!

I agree. They charge you to enter the yard but can give you no idea if they have your part or not. A total waste of time.I wish there was somewhere in these dear U.S. that I could find a rear bumper for my 1994 Ford Aerostar. Anybody know of any?

They charge for entrance to the facilities, but are unable to tell you if vehicles that match your need are on site. There is no refund if you are unable to locate your item. They don't tell you that there is NO cash refund policy for items that are no match for your project. And here is the biggie, should THEY forget to mark your part as you exit you are not entitled to exchange said part under no circumstances. They don't tell you to make sure you have a validated mark on your part. They do not offer credit toward a different item, but give you thirty days to continue to return paying the entrance fees hoping another vehicle with what you need has arrived, so that you can exchange for that part..their customer service sucks, even when paying, no thank you we appreciate your business nothing, just take you sh.. and go next!!! I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN, and will update all of my friends as to their unscrupulous business tactics! SHOP AT THE MOM AND POP'S RECYCLING YARDS, where you get better service, they pull the items, you can get a refund of your money, and it will cost only a few dollars more.....saving in gas, (WOW) frustration, your time is worth much more than what you save!!!!!!!
