Mr. Dennis Pierce is the person who put illegal property lines in our backyard, because he has worked for many years for a local landowner who gets what he wants. Or so he thinks. This man was found trespassing on our property just recently, placing flag lines in our yard, working for another property owner who is too cheap to build a bridge into his own property. So, he hired this man to steal anothers property, and that CAN be proven, with another surveyor's findings and documentation this did occur. This land surveyor, in looking back at the old surveys he has done, has not done a very good job, at least not in our area. The man does not know how to draw in creeks, he drew in a creek back in 1991 that actually fronted most of someone's property, yet he only drew in the creek on the very corner of property. Another creek he drew in goes completely south of another property, yet this creek goes more east, than south. In looking at the topical aerial views of certain properties, this creek even shows the easterly flow, not straight south. If you want to steal someone else's property or you don't really care if your property lines are drawn correctly on a survey, this is the man for you. I would give this man a -50 stars and that is being nice.
