Up front and honest with repair costs. Pre-authorized any repairs needed as they came up during process. Straight forward with the practicality of certain repairs and payments. Several hundred dollars cheaper than the initial repair shop my car was towed to.

I needed my alternator and front axle to be replaced on my Acura and took it to ACAR on Hwy 259 first. It was to be repaired under warranty. They had my car for 11 days and it was our only car. I called PT Auto and talked to Jeff. He and Donny, the owner, were very courteous and took care of the car within 3 days, even though they had to go through all the paperwork of the warranty company. I would recommend them to anyone if they're in need of repairs. They do very good work and are very honest. The owner even told me of other things that my vehicle needed when I came to pick the car up but he didn't do any work I didn't authorize.

I have taken vehicles to this shop and they have always been very courteous, excellent at diagnosing what is possibly wrong with your car and don't overcharge on the labor... Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a reliable mechanic

I wish there were a way to post less than even one star. They are rude and do awful work. Don't think twice about letting them touch your car, you will regret it.
