On 7/24/18 I contracted with them to resurface my pool and gave them a 50% deposit. Over the next 7 weeks I had little response to my inquiries of being put on the schedule. After requesting a refund they finally began the 3 day job on 9/17/18 only to finish on 9/24/18 at which time they camped out at my home awaiting payment. At this time I was unable to see their work as it was getting dark. The next day I found that the workmanship was less than amateur and they had altered my pool. I am now not getting a response from them to my texts or emails

Awful customer service, they hound you to be paid before job is done and then don't want to come back and finish, they won't take your calls or answer emails. Charged for work they didn't do and sold equipment they have no idea how to operate, do not hire thus company!

Several problems with my pool. I have a case open with the pinellas county licensing board. More description to come. I wish I would have done my research and read my reviews prior.

Our Newly resurfaced pool is leaking. We are having to fill the pool with water every 4 days. Pinellas marcite was hired to come in and remove the fiberglass lining in our concrete pool. They had a hard time getting the fiberglass out and wanted to marcite over the existing fiberglass but we refused that request. They damaged pipes with the jackhammers that were used to take the fiberglass out. These were never repaired and they marcited over the broken pipes. We have been having leaking issues since this pool was completed on 7/2012 and we have had a leak locater come to the house (8/7/12 and 9/2012) and they said that we needed to replace our skimmer. So we had pinellas marcite come out to replace the skimmer as well. The pool still leaked after the new skimmer was put in and the leak locaters came back out for a 2nd time and were unable to find a leak. Pinellas Marcite is not returning our calls about the leak. They took our 9k and are done with us even though the pool is far from functional. Everything they have asked us to do we have done. This pool is brand new and we should not be having any issues with this pool if it was done correctly.We believe the leak is coming from the broken pipe that we saw under the marcite.
