My husband works for the plant in Reading, Michigan and it is very unprofessional. They are supposed to be a place that works as a team although this manager Craig is not professional. He plays favoritism with his employees, He treats the temp employees like crap. As far as the safety instructions about the fire extinguishers, he just put the papers in front of the employees and told them the answers so he could hurry them up and be done with it. He treats his employees differently than the temp employees. There was an incident today (Labor Day) , where he had my husband go to the front of the factory and unload 480 cylinders in an hour and fifteen minutes alone, while he told his guys to go to the break-room. Now how fair is that. To anyone, that is not fair. What kind of teamwork is that? When his workers are doing that job there is always multiple people doing the job.
