They ruined my floor mats with soot from the tow truck driver's feet, then one of the men I spoke to basically called me a liar even though I had pictures and Mr. Pitts himself NEVER responded back to my complaint email. I had to pay $65 for towing plus $30 on carpet stain remover. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Provided by YP.comI was broke down on the highway and they were there in 15 mins! They took me to where I needed to go and my car to the shop with no problem or questions! Mr. Pitts son himself come and got me he was very handsome and sweet! I WILL use them again!

Provided by YP.comThe lady I spoke to was rude, said "I can't help you" and slammed the phone down. She sounds like she wants to go out of business! DO NOT CALL EVER!
I AM TRULY SORRY FOR THE ORDEAL IN WHICH YOU MAY HAVE ENCOUNTERED WITH OUR DISPATCHER(S). WE STRIVE TO CORRECT PROBLEMS AS THEY OCCUR AND CAN NOT CORRECT WHEN WE ARE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY AS NOTED IN THE LENGTH OF TIME PAST SINCE YOUR REVIEW OF US. HOWEVER, AFTER READING ALL THE REVIEWS THAT YOU HAVE PLACED AGAINST OTHER COMPANIES, I FEEL INCLINED TO SAY THAT I AM SORRY FOR THE PROBLEMS YOU HAVE ENCOUNTERED (AND IN SUCH A SHORT TIME) WITH YOUR AUTOMOBILE. I WOULD HOPE THE NEX TIME YOU WOULD CONTACT A SUPERVISOR OF THIS FIRM OR ANY OTHER THAT YOU MAY HAVE PROBLEMS SO THAT THE PROBLEM CAN BE CORRECTED THEN AND THERE.
