This was the worst experience of my life! I would never let anyone I know make reservation with this company! It was a disaster! They were rude! The Driver almost got my father and I killed on the way to my ceremony. We were late because the driver had to pull into a ditch to avoid hitting a car. We were late for the reception and we were unable to stop for the 2nd place we had intended to get pictures because the driver was going to charge us extra all though it was his inability to drive a vehichle that size we were so behind time. The Stretch Escalade that we paid $960 for 3 hours! was Dirty with dirty rags in the back seat. The driver didn't put on the airconditioner until we asked. They had no directions we had to tell him turn by trun were to go. The windshield was cracked. And that wasn't even the worst. Nowere on the contract did it state No CHECKS excepted as final payment or ONLY CASH and 30 minutes before the wedding is supposed to begin the Driver tells us no cash no transportation. This is probably because the company isn't reporting all of the cash it is taking in! Then when I called to complain they had the DRIVER Call me back and he argued with me. I asked to have the owner or manager call but no one ever contacted me back! I was very upset and I hope that NOONE ever uses this company again! HORRIBLE!
