Welcome to the Play House! My infant, toddler, and preschool program has been created within a family home environment. The infants I care for have their own seperate play area but, they are involved in all aspects of the curriculum. I offer art, music, gardening, dramatic play, outdoor play, yoga, and nature walks. Children will be taught preschool concepts based on their individual interests and the natural learning environment. I do not transport children. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, 15 Early Childhood Education units, and seven years experience working within Family Child Care providers and families. For the past six years, I have helped families gain access to high quality child care, assessed family child care environments based on accreditation standards, and conducted workshops for the child care community on a variety of child development topics.
