I live in a condo. My dining room ceiling started dripping in October 2015. I called my condo association, they called PMB construction. A guy came out took a picture, I never heard from them again. The ceiling would drip from time to time. I would call my condo association. Nothing would happen. Now the water pours out my exhaust fan in the bathroom. The dining room ceiling stopped dripping when this happened. I just found out why nothing was done. According to PMB construction ‘ inspect dining room area for leak coming from above unit the drywall was not wet and the staining that was present on the drywall looked more like soda that had sprayed onto the ceiling’. You’ve got to be kidding me. Is that why it continued to leak until it found a different path? Now I have to pay the bill my Condo association paid. Never hire this company!
