Horrible work! Concrete for 5 houses in my neighborhood. All 5 have cracks. 4 of them were driveways. I am not talking about one crack per drive. There are 7 at one house. 5 at my house. Called Frank and was told he does not warranty cracks. This happened within 6 months and some were before that. We are getting ready to sue! Do not use this company. Do your homework first. Blames everything else and does not take responsibility. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!

Initial estimate for porch replacement came in around $2200. I gave Frank a $500 deposit for the work. When it came time for the job to be done Frank says the job would now cost around $4700. I balk at the price increase and Frank says fine, no problem, but he's keeping the deposit. "Read the contract " he says. I get other estimates for about $3000 and call Frank back to meet the price, as it clearly states he will do in the same contract. He says sorry, I can't do the work for that. End result I am out $500 with no work done.
