Tried to buy and have a new po...

Tried to buy and have a new pool liner installed. They promised that the liner would be in on Wednesday and they could install that day or the next. Did not receive any calls on Wednesday saying the liner was in. I finally called them on Thursday morning was told they could install that day and they would call me back, three hours later no call, called again and they said they had set up installation for Friday (even though I specifically told them I would not be home that day). Said they would try and get someone out Thursday night would call me right back. 2 hours later no call. I finally went down and demanded my money back.

If you want good customer service do not use this business. They will tell you what you want to hear to get your money and then not follow up on their word. I'm surprised they are still in busniess.

Stay away for your own sake

It is a miracle that this company is in business. They have atrocious service. They do not do what they say, show up when they said they will, and are generally worthless. Buyer beware, if you give them your money they will forget that you even exist. You cannot believe how bad they perform.

Good Service

We have had a couple of problems with our hot tub. When I called Polynesian Pools' service department they responded quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with their service and the people that I worked with. They came out within the week and had everything fixed and cleaned up. We are so happy that they have improved their service department.
