I am so glad that Pond Envy is here in Salem, they are very knowledgeable, they bend over backwards for their customers. They make home deliveries anytime of the day or weekends, they have AWESOME fish food nothing around like it, {it will not dirty your pond,} beautiful fish. They have awesome imported gold fish as well, aquarium products and supplies, great prices. They made my pond beautiful again and they had some pond sharks and other unique water critters. They are very friendly, helpful, honest, understanding, knowledgeable, i will never go anywhere else, they rock. I have past their onto friends in Albany & Corvallis, they will travel a distance to help someone out. i can not say enough about POND ENVY, how much they have help me with my dirty pond, i can see my fish once again after 8 years of not seeing them. Before i end this, i do have to say, that my pump started working, Darrell came out worked on my pump for about 10 minutes to 20 minutes and come to find out, i did not have a GFI on my outlet by my pond. Darrell from Pond Envy did not charge me not $.01 cent, I had an electrication to come out to replace my outlet to a GFI, & problem solved.

Our koi pond looked horrid, like a combination of green slime and split pea soup. I was constantly searching for the right someone who would actually HELP me on our pond. One day I finally got sick of getting the run around from other pond business's and spending hundreds of dollars on chemicals and other "cleaners"...I finally googled "koi pond service" one day and saw Pond Envy and decided to make a call. I talked to a very nice gentleman over the phone for quite sometime about my pond's issues. He came out to my house the next day, diagnosed the problem and knew exactly what to do. A few different filters and a fluorescent light/pump fixture was recommended...no chemicals. My pond water is CRYSTAL CLEAR now and my koi fish have a new habitat to thrive and dwell in. We actually had ducks at the pond this year for the first time because the water was SO healthy. Pond Envy also has an exuberant selection of koi to choose from, small and large. I also use Pond Envy's koi food daily as well and my fish are rich in color and look absolutely stunning!!! The owner even scouted out some koi fish that I was inquiring about this summer, he found them and delivered them to me...I was completely amazed at the expertise service and knowledge of Pond Envy and highly recommend this place for any koi enthusiasts, couldn't be any happier!

Our pond was brownish/green in color for years, we have contacted serveral business that had anything to do with a pond and all they did is sell us chemicals and that made it worst. I overheard a co-worker talking about his pond, i asked him some questions about his pond and he said for me to call Pond Envy. I am so glad i did they came to our house and helped us out with our pond, we can see our fish now. If we had any questions about our pond they were always there to help us out either over the phone or in person. My wife noticed one night at 10pm that something was wrong with one of our koi, she called Pond Envy thinking that she was going to leave a voice message for someone to call her back in the morning, but they were there for us and they helped us over the phone, they did offer to come out. Thank you Pond Envy for all that you have done for us, thanks for turning us onto your fish food our fish have gotten more active, we will be seeing you again this year for more goldfish and koi our kids love their pond sharks. I can't tell you enough how much our family loves our pond again thanks to you. We contacted Pond Envy when our pond turned brown in color and we could not see our Koi! They came out and gave us some money saving options to make our pond run more efficient and look better. We decided to go with one of the custom built filters. Price comparison to the stores, it was very reasonable! Our pond cleared up in 3 days and the cleaning of the filter is so fast and easy to do. One product of Koi food that Pond Envy carries can be given down to 40 degrees and is 98.8 percent "green" if you're eco green product friendly! Our Koi get sooo excited that we even started having our children feed the Koi by putting it between their toes. The kids sit on the pond edge with their feet in the water and the Koi eat the food which tickles their toes. Lots of enjoyment as it's a family pond now! It's so worth the money spent just for the memories of the family by the pond! The Koi seem so much more alive with the new filterization and water movement with the larger pump. Darr
