Portable Pet Care is a mobile veterinary clinic specializing in high-quality, at-home animal healthcare. We believe that pets are bona fide family members who deserve the same high-quality healthcare as the rest of the family. We offer affordable, compassionate and holistic veterinary services designed to minimize animal anxiety and pain. Our emphasis is treating the total animal, both physically and psychologically. By providing as many services as possible within the familiar surroundings of the animals' own homes, we avoid subjecting patients to many stress-inducing situations such as crating, transporting, threatening association with other animals, and adverse conditioned responses to clinical settings. Calm animals are easier to diagnose and treat, and tend to recover faster after treatment. Our mission is to strengthen the health and well-being of as many Salt Lake and Davis County domestic animals as possible by providing superior compassionate, holistic and convenient in-home veterinary services to pet-owners and pet-caretakers throughout the area.
