I wear all the hats: I'm the one doing your bid, helping with design ideas, professionally installing your flooring and tile, and the customer service rep! You deal with just me. Being a one person business keeps overhead low. Low overhead means I can do outstanding work without the outrageous price! I won't do it for nothing, but I will give you the best price I can so it's fair for both of us! If there are any problems, I'll fix them. I'm not going anywhere, so consider this when hiring a contractor. What are your options when there's problems and the company who did the job is gone as fast as they set up shop here? I install all types of flooring and tile: ceramic, porcelain, glass, metal, stone and quarry tile, carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl tile (duraceramic, mannington, etc) and sheet vinyl. My specialty is tile, but I am experienced with all tile and flooring materials and know the proper way to prep for and install them. The types of tile jobs i do are: custom showers and surrounds, backsplashes, floors, fireplace surrounds, countertops, patios, water features, and firepits. I'm not scared to do things that are unique or different if the customer has 'crazy' ideas. I really enjoy being creative and adding these personal touches. I pride myself on a job well done- I won't skip steps, cut corners, or overlook any detail. My focus is on the craftsmanship, but my main focus is on the customer. I design and install how they want it, not how I think it should look.
