Praxis will design and facilitate meetings that conclude with decisions; skill focused workshops from which employees return to work committed to act on new skills and team development opportunities that result in more productive organizations. Founder, Joseph Chamberlin, has more than 25 years of experience in conflict management services and organizational development. He is a Mediator in the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland and on staff at the Sheppard Pratt Community Outreach Mediation Program and the Johns Hopkins Hospital. A graduate of Franciscan University, Joe holds masters in Psychology from Loyola College in Baltimore. Joseph Chamberlin, Principal specializes in mediation, meeting design and facilitation. He is on the rosters of the Maryland Human Relations Commission, District and Circuit Courts of Maryland as well as mediates for the North Baltimore Center at Sheppard Pratt.
